Employee Ticket Lotteries

Employee tickets for some of the more popular games will be distributed through a ticket lottery to give equal opportunity to all employees. Lottery deadlines will be announced via email and staff briefings.

These include:

· Opening Weekend (April 3 - 5),

· Summer Fireworks (July 3 & 4),

· Drone Show (August 1),

· Star Wars Night (August 22),

· Walker Statue Day (August 23),

· Harry Potter Night (September 5),

· Fan Appreciation Fireworks (September 18),

· Helton Statue Night (September 19). 

Lottery Process:

1. Employees must submit their name through an online lottery survey. Required information includes: full name, number of tickets requested (maximum of two), and indication of any accessible seating needs.
2. Winners will be selected at random to fill the full allotment of 100 tickets.
3. Employees selected through the lottery must submit payment of $1 per ticket to confirm and claim their tickets.
4. Tickets will be issued digitally and available for individual management on the Ballpark App.

Key Policies & Guidelines:

1. Ticket requests are limited to a maximum of two (2) tickets per employee.
2. Employees must be scheduled and actively working the game for which tickets are requested. Tickets are intended for friends or family members to attend the game.
3. All existing ticket policies and procedures remain in effect and apply to lottery tickets.
4. Payment will not be accepted on the first day of a homestand.
5. Due to the popularity of these games, sellouts are more likely. In the event of a sellout, applicable taxes will be charged.
