 Q. Where do I go to view/print my pay stub? 

Click the "Go to Payroll Site" button. That link will take you to the UKG login page. You will be able to view all paystubs starting with April 7, 2023. To view any prior paystubs, see information below regarding the old paystub site.

 Q. I get an error message that says username or password is incorrect, what should I do?

Please call us at (303)312-2030 and we will provide you with your username and temporary password.

 Q. I’ve already registered, but now when I try to log in, I get an error message. What can I do?

Most likely the password entered is incorrect. Please call us at (303)312-2030 and we will be able to reset the password.

Q. I forgot my username/password. What can I do? 

Please call us at (303)312-2030 so we can reset your password and we will provide you with your username and temporary password.

 Q. My address is wrong on my pay stub. Can I update my home address on the paperless pay website?

Yes. Any changes you want to make to your address can be made in UKG. You can also update other personal information such as email address or phone numbers. If you need to update your tax withholdings or direct deposit you can do so on your UKG profile as well.
