Q. Where do I go to view/print my pay stub?
Click the "Go to Payroll Site" button
Q. I get an error message that says I don’t have an email address on file when I try to register, what should I do?
Make sure that you are entering your last name in ALL CAPS and that your name is spelled as shown on your last pay stub. The system will not verify your information unless the formatting of your last name is correct.
Q. I’ve already registered, but now when I try to log in, I get an error message. Why?
The username is case sensitive. Check that the CAPS lock is on/off and that your username is exactly what you typed when you registered.
Q. I forgot my username/password. What can I do?
Call Chris Juarez at (303)312-2030 to reset your information.
Q. My address is wrong on my pay stub. Can I update my home address on the paperless pay website?
Yes. After you have logged onto the website, select address in the left pane of your window. Click on the edit button in the upper right area of this section. You can make your changes as needed however, changes must be approved. If there are any issues, someone will contact you directly.
