2025 W-2 Form
Your W-2 Form will be available on January 31, 2026.
If you opted into receiving your W-2 electronically, you will be able to access it through your UKG account on January 31, 2026.
If you opted out of receiving your W-2 electronically, it will be mailed to the address we have on file on January 31, 2026. You will still be able to access electronically as well.
